Precautions for self dumping concrete mixer
Precautions for self dumping concrete mixer
(1) Before using the new machine, each system and component should be inspected item by item and necessary trial runs should be carried out according to the requirements of the concrete mixer user manual. Empty operation, check the rotation direction of the mixing drum or mixing blade, the operation and braking of each working device, and confirm that they are normal before starting the operation.
(2) The fixed concrete mixer should be installed on a sturdy pedestal. When used for a long time, anchor bolts should be buried; For short-term use, sleepers can be laid under the machine base and leveled to ensure stability.
(3) For mobile concrete mixers, they should be installed on a flat and hard floor and firmly supported with square timber or brackets, while keeping the horizontal tires free from stress. If the use time exceeds three months, the tire should be removed and stored properly. The end of the wheel axle should be cleaned and rust proofed.
(4) For some mixers that require digging a hopper pit, the area around the pit mouth should be raised and compacted to prevent surface water from flowing into the pit. The bottom support surface of the loading track frame should be compacted or tiled, and the back of the frame should also be supported with wood to prevent deformation of the track during operation.
(5) After starting the concrete mixer, the mixing drum should reach normal speed before feeding, and water should be added promptly after feeding; Adding new materials must first unload all the existing concrete in the mixer before proceeding. Do not stop the mixer midway or start it when fully loaded, except for those who discharge in reverse.
(6) During the use of a concrete mixer, do not let sand and gravel fall into the running parts of the machine to avoid getting stuck and damaging the moving parts. After the feeding hopper is lifted, no one should pass or stay under the hopper to avoid accidents caused by brake failure. If it is necessary to perform maintenance or cleaning work under the hopper, forcibly stop the machine and secure the feeding hopper with a safety chain.
(7) During homework, if a malfunction is found and the operation cannot continue, the power should be immediately cut off, the concrete inside the mixing drum should be cleaned, and then maintenance should be carried out.
(8) After the homework, the mixer should be thoroughly cleaned. If the operator needs to enter the cylinder for cleaning, the power must be cut off and a dedicated person must be assigned to supervise outside, or the fuse should be removed and the power switch box locked before entering.
(9) The handle of the feeding hopper should be fixed with a pin to prevent people from touching the handle and lifting the hopper during cleaning, which may cause squeezing accidents.
Folding edit: Product features in this paragraph
Firstly, it is commonly used for mixing general plastic concrete and is the most widely used;
Secondly, there are two types of power available: internal combustion engine and electric, which are relatively convenient;
Thirdly, the structure is simple and requires low power;
Fourthly, when using it to mix concrete composed of coarse aggregate, the particle size of the mixed aggregate can be below 76 millimeters, resulting in less wear on the blades;
Fifth, in use, it is easy to operate and maintain
Sixth, adapt to dispersed or centralized use on construction sites;
Seventh, in use, a large amount of labor is required to coordinate the transportation of materials, and the unloading time is relatively long Cleaning the mixing drum is difficult;
Eighth, during the mixing process, the cement flying in the air has a significant impact on the health of the workers. Although this mixer still has certain drawbacks, it is widely used on construction sites such as tunnels, bridges, and buildings.
