Precautions for forced concrete mixer
Precautions for forced concrete mixer
(1) The mixer should be placed in a flat position, with square blocks used to support the front and rear axles, allowing the tires to rest on the rack to prevent movement during operation.
(2) The mixer should be equipped with secondary leakage protection. After the power is turned on before going to work, it must be carefully inspected. Only after passing the empty test run can it be used. During the trial operation, it is necessary to check whether the mixing drum speed is appropriate. Generally, the empty speed of the mixer is 2-3 revolutions faster than that of the mixer (after loading). If there is a significant difference, the ratio of the driving wheel to the transmission wheel should be adjusted.
(3) The rotation direction of the mixing drum should conform to the direction indicated by the arrow. If it does not match the actual direction, the motor wiring should be corrected.
(4) Check whether the transmission clutch and brake are flexible and reliable, whether the steel wire rope is damaged, whether the track pulley is in good condition, whether there are obstacles around, and the lubrication condition of each part.
(5) After starting up, regularly pay attention to whether the various components of the mixer are operating normally. When shutting down, regularly check whether the mixer blades are bent and whether the screws are loose or loose.
(6) When the concrete mixing is completed or expected to stop for more than 1 hour, in addition to removing the remaining material, stones and clean water should be poured into the shaking drum, and the machine should be turned on to wash away the mortar stuck to the drum before discharging it completely. There should be no accumulated water inside the barrel to prevent rusting of the barrel and blades. At the same time, the accumulated dust outside the mixing drum should be cleaned to keep the machinery clean and intact.
(7) After work and when not in use, the power should be turned off and the switch box should be locked to ensure safety.
Folding editing, installation and maintenance of this section
Maintenance attention: When replacing the scraper, be sure to disconnect the power and hang a sign prohibiting startup. It's better to have someone guarding the power supply.
Maintenance: Staff should regularly lubricate the gearbox and motor bearings. As long as the machine is maintained properly, it should be used for at least 6 years
Folding edit: Product features in this paragraph
Firstly, it is commonly used for mixing dry hard concrete and lightweight aggregate concrete (both types of concrete are not easily dropped from the top of the drum in a self dropping mixer);
Secondly, the stirring time is shorter, resulting in higher productivity;
Thirdly, the operating system is flexible and the unloading is clean;
Fourthly, the rotating blades can crush and solidify materials into blocks, making them the most suitable for mixing mortar;
Fifth, its drum and blades wear out quickly and are mostly used for concrete with aggregates below 25 millimeters. If coarse aggregates are mixed, the blades will quickly wear and easily penetrate between the blades and the drum wall, causing the blades to break. This drawback needs further improvement in terms of steel and construction.
