After all the materials in the mixer are discharged, the material door is closed to complete one mixing cycle. The water supply adopts 220V750W single-phase submersible pump, timed water supply, and automatically shuts off and stops water supply after the water supply time is completed. The entire process of adding water is simple and easy to operate.

2. After the mixer is powered on, start the main mixing motor and enter normal working state. Then add the amorphous refractory material into the mixing tray of the mixer. At the same time, add a certain amount of water to the mixing tray through the water pump and mix together. After the material is evenly mixed, open the material door and enter the trolley through the discharge chute. The trolley can move and stay freely on the working guide rail to meet the feeding needs of different positions of the main iron hook. After all the materials in the mixer are discharged, close the material door to complete one mixing cycle. During work, a certain gap should be maintained between all scrapers and liners. The water supply adopts a 220V750W single-phase submersible pump, timed water supply, and automatic power-off after the water supply is completed.

Power on preparation
