The hzs75 concrete mixing plant is equipped with JS1500 forced concrete mixer, PLD2400 four bin pneumatic batching machine, four 100 ton cement tanks, fully automatic centralized control system, complete weighing system, etc. (note: the following foundation diagram is only applicable to our factory's equipment attack reference).

The JS1500 forced concrete mixer mainly includes: mixing host, main reducer, main motor, lifting reducer, lifting motor, synchronous gear, gear guard, concentrated oil pump, pneumatic door opening, lining plate and blade, mixing mechanism, transmission mechanism, shaft end sealing device, chassis, support legs, feeding hopper, walking platform, guide rail, guardrail, ladder, second floor weighing platform, etc.

JS1500 forced concrete mixer

The PLD2400 concrete batching machine consists of three main parts: feeding system, weighing system, and electrical control system.

1. Feeding system: composed of a storage hopper and a feeding device, its main function is to store materials and feed the weighing hopper under the control of the control system.

2. Weighing system: The weighing system is a key component of the PLD2400 concrete batching machine, consisting of a weighing hopper, suspension device, weighing system sensors, and batching controller.

3. Electronic control system: The electronic control system is the core part of the PLD2400 concrete batching machine, which functions to realize the weighing, display, operation, and completion of various automatic batching programs of the entire PLD2400 concrete batching machine. The system mainly consists of a batching controller and a high-voltage circuit.

Actual hourly output of hzs75 concrete mixing plant

The theoretical output value of the hzs75 concrete mixing plant is ideal, but in actual use, the mixing time of sand and gravel aggregates should be considered.
