After the user completes the configuration in the control room of the hzs60 mixing plant, pressing the automatic operation button will start all the equipment of the hzs60 mixing plant. First is the batching machine, with the discharge port open. To unload the material from the weighing hopper, the weighing element transmits data to the control room through sensors. When the predetermined drop value is reached, the unloading is stopped. Because the hzs60 mixing plant uses independent weighing, it is more efficient to weigh each part of the aggregate simultaneously.

After the aggregate weighing is completed, the discharge port of the weighing hopper is opened, and the aggregate enters the mixing platform with the belt conveyor. Generally, it enters the belt hopper for waiting, waiting for the weighing of powder and liquid materials. Powder mainly refers to fly ash and cement, while liquid materials refer to water and additives. In terms of weighing, it is the same as weighing aggregates, except that the location has been changed to the mixing platform.

When all the raw materials are weighed, the additive will be mixed with water first, and then the aggregate, powder, and mixed liquid will enter the mixing drum and be mixed according to the set mixing cycle. After the mixing time is up, it will stop and the bottom discharge port will be opened to discharge the material to the concrete mixer truck. After the discharge is completed, the next mixing cycle will begin.

According to theoretical calculations, a HZS60 concrete mixing plant production line can produce 60 cubic meters of concrete per hour. In actual production, due to external factors and differences in the grade of concrete mixed, there may be a certain gap between theoretical and actual production, with actual production around 45 cubic meters.
