Fully automatic and semi-automatic concrete batching stations' differences
The difference between fully automatic and semi-automatic concrete mixing stations is that concrete mixing stations, as the main equipment for producing concrete, are also widely used in large construction sites. In engineering, concrete mixing stations are mainly divided into two categories: fully automatic concrete mixing stations and semi-automatic concrete mixing stations. What are the differences between these two types of concrete mixing plants?

Differences in Control Systems
The fully automatic concrete mixing plant adopts a fully automatic control system, while the semi-automatic plant mainly uses a centralized control system.
Differences in working methods
① The fully automatic control system only requires one click to operate, and the material will be automatically unloaded from the cement silo into the screw conveyor. The material will be evenly distributed in the weighing hopper by the screw conveyor, and then automatically discharged into the concrete mixer. The entire production process only needs one click to complete automatically. It is very simple and convenient to use, and is very suitable for mixing plants with few staff.
② The semi-automatic control system is completed step by step. For example, when concrete work reaches the feeding stage, simply click the feeding button, and the material will be automatically transported to the weighing hopper. When unloading is needed, simply click the unloading button, and the material will be automatically unloaded into the mixer. The centralized control system, also known as the semi-automatic control system, requires more people to participate.
The fully automatic concrete mixing station can be operated automatically with just one click. During the process of powder discharge, weighing and conveying, clicking the operation button will automatically unload the material from the cement silo into the screw conveyor. The material will be evenly distributed in the weighing hopper by the screw conveyor and then automatically discharged into the mixer. It is very convenient to use and is very suitable for mixing stations with few personnel. The semi-automatic concrete mixing plant cannot be so simple, it is completed step by step.
