The HZS120 batching plant consists of JS2000 (referred to as the 2-way mixer), PLD3200 batching machine, cement scale, fly ash scale, booster water pump, cement screw conveyor, waiting bin valve, pneumatic control system, additive tank, main station dust removal, belt tensioner, centralized control high-voltage cabinet, etc. In the actual production process, productivity may be lower than the theoretical output due to many factors. With the appropriate configuration of the 120 machines produced by Great Wall Construction Machinery, the actual production process can generally reach 80% of the theoretical output, which is about 100 cubic meters of concrete.

The main unit of the 120 mixing plant is the JS2000 concrete mixer, which discharges 2 cubic meters of material every 60 seconds, also known as a 2 square meter machine, with a total power of 230kw.
