The centralized dust removal device for the powder silo of concrete batching plant

The centralized dust removal device for the powder silo has been rapidly developed and promoted in large and medium-sized cities throughout China with the acceleration of urbanization. Currently, it has also been widely used in many small towns, and concrete mixing plants (buildings) have also experienced rapid development. However, the pollution caused by the production of mixing plants (buildings), especially the dust pollution from cement silos, has had a serious impact on the urban environment. Traditional cement silo dust removal involves installing dust collectors on the top of the silo, and frequent malfunctions often result in dust emissions, causing serious impacts on the surrounding environment, especially residents' daily lives.

Centralized dust removal device for powder silo in concrete mixing plant

To solve this problem, the dust removal from the cement silo can be led to the metering layer through a dust removal pipe for centralized dust removal. The collected dust can also be recycled, which can be said to be killing two birds with one stone.

The centralized dust removal device for the powder silo of the cement concrete mixing plant includes: dust collector, powder silo, powder silo support legs, feeding pipe, safety valve, dust collection chamber, and dust collection pipeline. Its characteristic is that the dust collector is located at the top of the dust collection chamber, and the dust collector and dust collection chamber are separately set near the powder silo; The top of the powder silo is equipped with a dust collection pipeline, which is connected to the dust collection room; The top of the dust collection room is connected to a safety valve located on the ground through a pipeline. The centralized dust removal device for the powder silo of the cement concrete mixing plant described in this utility model has good dust removal effect, effectively avoiding accidents such as the bursting of the cover on the powder silo, and is easy to maintain.

During the process of transporting powder materials into the cement silo by bulk cement trucks, the pressure inside the silo is positive, and the mixed gas with dust enters the primary dust collection system through the dust removal pipeline. The dust falls through the gaps around the inverted cone by its own weight and can be temporarily collected and stored in the dust collection box through the pneumatic butterfly valve. The dust collection box is equipped with a level device. When the powder in the dust collection box is collected to a certain extent, it can be directly injected into the fly ash measuring hopper through the pneumatic butterfly valve under the dust collection box. At the same time, the gas mixed with dust in the primary dust collection system enters the secondary dust collection system through the pipeline for further filtering and dust collection. There are several filter elements installed in the secondary dust collection system, and the specific number of filter elements is The maximum dust removal area can be configured according to the number of warehouses, and in principle, the larger the dust removal area, the better the effect.

Part of the dust entering the secondary dust collection system falls onto the lower cone, while another part adheres to the filter element. The dust adhering to the filter element can be blown off by pulse blowing method. A fan is installed on the secondary dust collection system for intake and exhaust to ensure smooth airflow and avoid pipeline blockage.

There is also a level device installed below the secondary dust collection system. When the powder is collected to a certain extent, it can be directly injected into the fly ash measuring hopper through a pneumatic butterfly valve, thus achieving the recycling of the powder. The biggest advantage of the centralized dust collection system is that it basically solves the serious pollution of dust, while also recycling the collected dust, which improves the dust removal effect by about 80% compared to traditional cement silo dust collectors. The drawback is that the filter element needs to be regularly inspected and replaced if necessary.

In short, with the development of the concrete mixing plant (building) industry and the increasing attention of the country to urban environment, centralized dust collection systems have broad market prospects.
