Product Introduction:
The HZS50 concrete mixing plant is a simple configuration of the 60 mixing plant, mainly composed of feeding, batching, mixing, electrical control, and steel structural components. It is a semi-automatic concrete mixing plant that occupies less capital, occupies a smaller area, and has fewer equipment compared to the 60 mixing plant. It is an ideal station building equipment for bridge construction, road engineering, construction sites, and component companies.

Mixing system:

Sand and gravel batching system:
The batching machine of the 50 mixing plant is PLD1600 type, consisting of feeding device, weighing system, conveying device, electrical control system, etc.
According to actual usage needs, a 2-compartment, 3-compartment, or 4-compartment batching machine can be selected.
The PLD1600 has an inverted "cross" shaped design structure, and the weighing system uses a lever and electronic sensor for more accurate and fast measurement.
Conveyor system:
The aggregate conveying system of the 50 mixing plant adopts the lifting bucket conveying method, which has the biggest advantage of occupying small space and saving land resources.
The sand and gravel aggregates are transported by a belt conveyor to the weighing system, and after weighing, they are transported to the lifting bucket of the mixing machine.
The belt conveyor adopts high-quality conveyor belts, which have the characteristics of long conveying distance, stable operation, high continuity, and long service life.
The batching and operation process of aggregates is as follows: batching machine silo → weighing hopper → mixer lifting hopper → mixing host.
Weighing system:
The measuring system of the 50 mixing plant consists of a water scale, an admixture scale, a powder scale, and an aggregate scale.
Aggregates and powders are weighed by weight, and the structure of sand and gravel aggregate scales includes belt scales and bucket scales; The powder weighing structure adopts a bucket scale.
Mixing water and additives are generally measured using flow meters or bucket scales.
Powder storage bin and conveying system:
The powder storage bin and conveying system consist of a cement bin and a screw conveyor.
The operation process is as follows: powder silo → screw conveyor → powder measuring hopper → mixing host.
1. Cement silo
The cement silo is a steel structural component consisting of a cylinder, bracket, valve, arch breaking device, conveying pipe, and dust collector.
The powder is sent into the warehouse through the conveying pipe under pressure, and the pressure gas in the warehouse is discharged through the top dust collector.
The cement silo is equipped with upper and lower level indicators, which can display the empty and full status of the silo.
2. Spiral conveyor
The screw conveyor is responsible for transporting the powder from the powder bin to the powder measuring hopper.
Mainly composed of pipe body, inlet and outlet pipe, spiral shaft, intermediate support seat, power transmission device, etc., it has high transmission rate, good sealing, no dust pollution, can be assembled in sections, and is easy to transport.
Centralized control system:
The control system of the 50 mixing plant is computer-controlled, which can be automatically controlled or manually operated, with simple operation and easy mastery. Using high-precision batching control instruments, the batching is accurate and stable, the calculation method is reliable, and errors are effectively controlled.
