Product Introduction:
HZS35 concrete mixing plant is a small-scale plant, also known as 35 mixing plant. The mixing plant production line consists of a mixing host, a batching machine, a screw conveyor cement silo, weighing and electrical control systems, mainly divided into four parts: sand and gravel feeding, powder feeding, water and admixture feeding, and transportation mixing and storage. The equipment is made of high-quality steel structure casting, with an overall beautiful and elegant appearance, and also strengthened structural strength.
Characteristics of HZS35 concrete mixing plant:
1. HZS35 station adopts a modular structure with modular units, making installation and relocation very convenient.
2. The mixing host adopts JS750 double horizontal shaft forced concrete mixer, which has good mixing quality and high efficiency.
3. The aggregate batching adopts PLD1200 batching machine, with accurate measurement and fast feeding speed.
4. Powder, water, and additives are all measured using electronic scales, with high precision in ingredient preparation.
5. The water supply system adopts the principle of siphon water pump pressurization, which accelerates the water flow rate and sprays evenly.
Mixing system:
The 35 mixing plant adopts JS750 double horizontal shaft forced mixing host, which has strong power, short mixing time, good mixing quality, low operating noise, and reasonable structural design, making operation and maintenance convenient.
◆ It can mix various types of concrete and mortar with dry hard, semi dry, flowable, lightweight aggregate, and other proportions.
Sand and gravel batching system:
The batching machine at station 35 is PLD1200 type, consisting of feeding device, weighing system, conveying device, electrical control system, etc.
◆ According to actual usage needs, 2, 3, or 4 compartments can be selected.
The weighing system of PLD1200 batching machine adopts a lever and electronic sensor method, which makes the measurement more accurate and fast.
Conveyor system:
The aggregate conveying system of the 35 mixing plant adopts the lifting bucket conveying method, which has the biggest advantage of occupying small space and saving land resources.
The sand and gravel aggregates are transported by a belt conveyor to the weighing system, and after weighing, they are transported to the lifting bucket of the mixing machine.
The batching and operation process of aggregates is as follows: batching machine silo → weighing hopper → mixer lifting hopper → mixing host.
Weighing system:
The measuring system of the 35 mixing plant consists of a water scale, an admixture scale, a powder scale, and an aggregate scale.
Aggregates and powders are weighed electronically, and the structure of the sand and gravel aggregate scale includes a belt scale and a bucket scale; The powder weighing structure adopts a bucket scale;
Water and additives are measured using electronic scales. The water meter uses a water pump for unloading, and the additive uses an electronic sensor for suspended measurement.
Powder storage bin and conveying system:
The powder storage bin and conveying system consist of a cement bin and a screw conveyor.
The operation process is as follows: powder silo → screw conveyor → powder measuring hopper → mixing host.
1. Cement silo
The cement silo is a steel structural component consisting of a cylinder, bracket, valve, arch breaking device, conveying pipe, and dust collector.
The powder is sent into the warehouse through the conveying pipe under pressure, and the pressure gas in the warehouse is discharged through the top dust collector.
The cement silo is equipped with upper and lower level indicators, which can display the empty and full status of the silo.
2. Spiral conveyor
The screw conveyor is responsible for transporting the powder from the powder bin to the powder measuring hopper.
Mainly composed of pipe body, inlet and outlet pipe, spiral shaft, intermediate support seat, power transmission device, etc., it has high transmission rate, good sealing, no dust pollution, can be assembled in sections, and is easy to transport.
Electrical control system:
The control system of the 35 mixing plant is easy to operate and master. Using high-precision ingredient control components, the ingredients are stable, the performance is reliable, and errors are effectively controlled. Manual and automatic control are integrated, and report materials can be stored and printed. A monitoring system can also be configured, with an intuitive interface that allows for clear and accurate observation of the on-site workflow.
