Product Introduction:

The HZS60 concrete mixing plant is a concrete mixing plant equipment consisting of JS1000 mixer, PLD1600 batching grade, aggregate conveyor, screw conveyor, water supply and additive system, metering system, electrical control system and pneumatic control system. The mixer has a nominal capacity of 1000L, strong continuous working ability, short mixing time, and high output.

The 60 mixing plant has the characteristics of reasonable structure, excellent performance, reliable operation, convenient operation, accurate measurement, and easy equipment maintenance. The automatic control system can conveniently and quickly operate the equipment, and also manage report printing. An intuitive monitoring interface that allows for clear and accurate observation of on-site workflow.

The 60 concrete mixing plant has the following main characteristics:

Mixing system:

The 60 concrete mixing plant adopts JS1000 double horizontal shaft forced mixer, which has strong mixing capacity, short mixing time, good uniformity of mixed concrete, high production efficiency, beautiful appearance, and reliable performance.

The mixing system consists of an electric motor, planetary reducer, belt conveyor, transmission device, mixing device, mixing drum, oil supply system, etc.

Ingredient system and feeding and conveying system:

1. Sand and gravel batching machine

The batching system and feeding system consist of an aggregate batching machine, weighing system, and belt conveyor.

The batching machine supporting the 60 mixing plant is PLD1600 type. In practical use, batching machines with 3, 4, and 5 compartments can be selected according to on-site requirements.

Using high-quality conveyor belts, it has the characteristics of long conveying distance, stable operation, smooth and fluent, high continuity, and long service life.

2. Belt conveyor

Belt conveyors are mainly composed of conveyor belts, rollers, transmission devices, cleaning devices, escalators, frames, etc.

After weighing, the aggregate is sent out by a horizontal belt conveyor and then sent to the waiting bin by a diagonal belt conveyor.

Using high-quality conveyor belts, it has the characteristics of long conveying distance, stable operation, high continuity, and long service life.

There are maintenance channels on both sides of the belt conveyor for easy daily maintenance and upkeep.

The operating process is: batching machine sand and stone bin → weighing hopper → horizontal belt conveyor → inclined belt conveyor → waiting bin → mixing host.

Weighing system:

The measurement of sand and gravel aggregates in the 60 mixing plant is carried out by the batching machine into the weighing system, and then sent to the waiting bin by the belt conveyor;

Sand and gravel aggregates and powders are generally weighed by weight, and the structure of sand and gravel aggregate scales includes belt scales and bucket scales; The powder weighing structure adopts a bucket scale;

Mixing water and additives are generally measured using flow meters or bucket scales.

Powder storage bin and conveying system:

The powder storage bin and conveying system consist of a cement bin and a screw conveyor.

The operation process is as follows: powder silo → screw conveyor → powder measuring hopper → mixing host.

1. Cement silo

The cement silo is a steel structural component consisting of a cylinder, bracket, valve, arch breaking device, conveying pipe, and dust collector.

The powder is sent into the warehouse through the conveying pipe under pressure, and the pressure gas in the warehouse is discharged through the top dust collector.

The cement silo is equipped with upper and lower level indicators, which can display the empty and full status of the silo.

2. Spiral conveyor

The screw conveyor is responsible for transporting the powder from the powder bin to the powder measuring hopper.

Mainly composed of pipe body, inlet and outlet pipe, spiral shaft, intermediate support seat, power transmission device, etc., it has high transmission rate, good sealing, no dust pollution, can be assembled in sections, and is easy to transport.

Centralized control system:

The control system of the 60 mixing plant is computer-controlled, which can be automatically controlled or manually operated, with simple operation and easy mastery. Using high-precision batching control instruments, the batching is accurate and stable, the calculation method is reliable, and errors are effectively controlled.
