Product Introduction:

The HZS75 concrete mixing plant consists of JS1500 concrete mixer, PLD2400 batching machine, cement silo and screw conveyor, control room, electrical control and other parts. The fully automatic control system can control the electronic weighing of sand and gravel aggregates, with high accuracy and small errors. It has functions such as automatic compensation for drop height and proportioning storage. It can also be equipped with a printing system to achieve centralized control and overall management of the equipment.
The control system of the 75 mixing plant is also equipped with a manual operation mode, which can achieve automatic or manual control of the mixing process. The whole set of equipment is easy to operate, stable in operation, and easier to maintain, suitable for large and medium-sized construction, prefabricated component factories, and commercial concrete production plants.
Mixing system:

The 75 concrete mixing plant adopts JS1500 double horizontal shaft forced mixer, which has good uniformity of the mixed concrete and stable and reliable operation.

The mixing system consists of an electric motor, planetary reducer, belt conveyor, transmission device, mixing device, mixing drum, oil supply system, etc.

Has good mixing effect on plastic concrete, dry hard concrete, and other types of concrete with different proportions.

Feeding and conveying system:

The batching and feeding system for sand and gravel aggregates consists of an aggregate batching machine, a weighing system, and a belt conveyor.

The batching machine that comes with the 75 mixing plant is the PLD2400 model, which can be equipped with a 4-chamber batching machine for 4 types of materials.

After weighing the sand and gravel aggregates, they are transported out by a horizontal belt conveyor and then fed into the mixing machine by a lifting bucket.

Powder storage bin and conveying system:

The powder storage bin and conveying system consist of a cement bin and a screw conveyor.

The operation process is as follows: powder silo → screw conveyor → powder measuring hopper → mixing host.

1. Cement silo

The cement silo is a steel structural component consisting of a cylinder, bracket, valve, arch breaking device, conveying pipe, and dust collector.

The powder is sent into the warehouse through the conveying pipe under pressure, and the pressure gas in the warehouse is discharged through the top dust collector.

The cement silo is equipped with upper and lower level indicators, which can display the empty and full status of the silo.

2. Spiral conveyor

The screw conveyor is responsible for transporting the powder from the powder bin to the powder measuring hopper.

Mainly composed of pipe body, inlet and outlet pipe, spiral shaft, intermediate support seat, power transmission device, etc., it has high transmission rate, good sealing, no dust pollution, can be assembled in sections, and is easy to transport.

Weighing system:

The 75 concrete mixing plant adopts the weighing system of PLD2400 batching machine, which consists of material storage, weighing hopper, belt conveyor, etc.

The aggregate and powder are weighed by weight, and the structure of the aggregate scale includes a belt scale and a bucket scale; The powder weighing structure adopts a bucket scale.

Water scales and additives are generally measured using flow meters or bucket scales, equipped with electronic sensors, and weighed by a control system.

Fully automatic centralized control system:

The control system of the 75 mixing plant mainly consists of a control console and AC contactors as the core of strong electric control.
