Product Introduction:

Theoretical production rate of HZS150 concrete mixing plant is 150m3/h. Mainly includes JS2500 double horizontal shaft forced mixer; PLD4000 batching machine, belt conveyor, cement silo, screw conveyor, fully automatic control system, water scale, powder scale and other supporting equipment.
The nominal capacity of the mixer is 2500L, and the batching capacity of the 4-cell batching machine is 4000L. Adopting control technologies such as electronic weighing, microcomputer control, and digital display, the weighing is equipped with buffering devices and automatic compensation functions, resulting in more accurate measurement accuracy. The entire production process, from metering to mixing and discharging, is in a fully enclosed environment, which is dust-proof and noise reducing, highlighting its green and environmentally friendly performance.
The theoretical production capacity of the double line 180 concrete mixing plant reaches 2 × 150m3/h, using two JS2500 forced mixers and two feeding systems, significantly increasing production capacity. The advantage of double line is that when one mixing line is cured, the other line can still work normally, meeting the normal supply of concrete without delaying the project progress.
The double 150 mixing plant includes two rows of cement silos, batching machines, and supporting screw and belt conveyors. It is controlled by a computer automatic system to complete the double line 180 mixing and batching operations, and the electronic weighing system accurately measures the liquid and powder materials.

Mixing system:

The 150 concrete mixing plant adopts the JS2500 double horizontal shaft forced mixer, which has strong mixing capacity, short mixing time, good uniformity of the mixed concrete, high production efficiency, beautiful appearance, and reliable performance.

Has good mixing effect on plastic concrete, dry hard concrete, and other types of concrete with different proportions. The upper cover is equipped with an observation window, an inspection door, and a feeding device.

Ingredients and conveying system:

The batching and conveying system consists of an aggregate batching machine, weighing hopper, and belt conveyor.

Adopting a wide and high-quality conveyor belt, it has the characteristics of long conveying distance, stable operation, smooth and fluent, high continuity, and long service life.

Batching Plant
The batching machine supporting the 150 mixing plant is the PLD4000 model. In practical use, a batching machine with 4 or 5 compartments can be selected according to on-site requirements.

The material is fed from the aggregate bin to the weighing hopper, and the computer weighing system weighs the material, which can complete functions such as weighing setting, error correction, and output control signals.

2. Belt Conveyor

Belt conveyors are mainly composed of conveyor belts, rollers, transmission devices, cleaning devices, escalators, frames, etc.

After weighing, the aggregate is sent out by a horizontal belt conveyor and then sent to the waiting bin by a diagonal belt conveyor.

Using high-quality conveyor belts, it has the characteristics of long conveying distance, stable operation, high continuity, and long service life.

There are maintenance channels on both sides of the belt conveyor for easy daily maintenance and upkeep.

The operating process is: batching machine sand and stone bin → weighing hopper → horizontal belt conveyor → inclined belt conveyor → waiting bin → mixing host.

Powder storage bin and conveying system:

The powder storage bin and conveying system consist of a cement bin and a screw conveyor.

The operation process is as follows: powder silo → screw conveyor → powder measuring hopper → mixing host.

1. Cement silo

The cement silo is a steel structural component consisting of a cylinder, bracket, valve, arch breaking device, conveying pipe, and dust collector.

The powder is sent into the warehouse through the conveying pipe under pressure, and the pressure gas in the warehouse is discharged through the top dust collector.

The cement silo is equipped with upper and lower level indicators, which can display the empty and full status of the silo.

2. Spiral conveyor

The screw conveyor is responsible for transporting the powder from the powder bin to the powder measuring hopper.

Mainly composed of pipe body, inlet and outlet pipe, spiral shaft, intermediate support seat, power transmission device, etc., it has high transmission rate, good sealing, no dust pollution, can be assembled in sections, and is easy to transport.

Weighing system:

The measuring system of HZS150 concrete mixing plant is divided into three parts:

1. The weighing method for sand and gravel is weight measurement, and the structure of the scale includes belt scale and bucket scale;

2. The weighing method for powder is weight measurement, and the structure generally uses a bucket scale;

3. Mixing water and additives are generally measured using flow meters or bucket scales.

Adopting high-precision batching control instruments, the batching is accurate and stable, the calculation method is reliable, and errors are effectively controlled. Equipped with a fault diagnosis system that can guide and assist users in troubleshooting; The storage and retrieval of formulas are flexible and adaptable, allowing for the retrieval of any formula at any time.
